OH Report Front Office is provided for OH Report staff and approved broadcast crew members to support game-day operations and publishing of original OH Report content.
Authorized Use
Users must access the platform only through their assigned account and only for legitimate OH Report production, scheduling, communication, and publishing work.
Content Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded and published media is original OH Report content or otherwise cleared for use, accurately captioned, and appropriate for the selected destination platform.
Connected Platforms
When users publish to connected services such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram, they must follow the applicable platform terms, community guidelines, and content policies.
Security
Users may not share accounts, bypass access controls, misuse OAuth connections, or attempt to access data outside their assigned role.
Changes
OH Report may update these terms as the Front Office platform evolves.
