Privacy Policy — OHREPORT Social Publisher
Operated by OHreport · Effective date: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OHreport (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with OHREPORT Social Publisher (the “Application”), an internal tool our editorial staff use to publish OHreport’s own original sports video content to OHreport’s own social media channels, including our own YouTube channel.
1. About the Application
OHREPORT Social Publisher is a first-party publishing tool used only by authorized OHreport staff. It lets us upload video content that OHreport creates and owns to social platforms we own, from a single interface, rather than uploading separately to each platform. It is not a public-facing product and is not offered to third parties.
2. Our use of YouTube API Services
The Application uses YouTube API Services to publish our videos to our own YouTube channel. Specifically, it uses the YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos (videos.insert) and to set and update the associated title, description, tags, thumbnail, and visibility (thumbnails.set, videos.update). By using the Application, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Our handling of information obtained through YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
3. Information we access and store
The Application accesses and stores only the minimum information needed to publish our own content:
- Authorization (OAuth) tokens for the OHreport YouTube channel, used solely to publish content on our own behalf. Tokens are stored securely and are used only by the Application.
- Content and metadata we ourselves submit — the video files, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and visibility settings for our uploads.
- Upload results returned by YouTube, such as the resulting video ID and upload/processing status, so we can track what we have published.
The Application does not access, collect, aggregate, scrape, or display data about other users, channels, or videos, and it does not build profiles of any individual.
4. How we use the information
Information is used exclusively to publish and manage OHreport’s own video content on our own channels. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share information obtained through YouTube API Services with third parties, except as required to operate the Application (for example, transmitting content to YouTube to publish it) or as required by law. We do not transfer YouTube API Data to any third-party advertising or data-broker service.
6. Data retention
We retain OAuth tokens only for as long as the Application is authorized to publish to our channel, and we retain upload metadata for our own record-keeping. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time (see below), after which stored tokens are no longer valid and are removed.
7. Revoking access
Access granted to the Application can be reviewed and revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (see also https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
8. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect stored credentials and data against unauthorized access, including limiting access to authorized OHreport staff and storing authorization tokens securely.
9. Children’s privacy
The Application is an internal business tool and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
